20 years of experience in product and process development, worked at Illinois Institute of Technology/FDA (Chicago), Jelly Belly (Chicago), Cornfields (Chicago), Mars (Chicago), and Arcor do Brasil (São Paulo). Developed products and processes from concept to commercialization in global brands. Managed and worked closely with multifunctional teams to bring the best and most cost-effective products to the market.
